Brandon Ward is a dedicated realtor, a proud father of two boys, and a lifelong lover of the North Georgia outdoors. From the track—where he coaches youth rec—to the mountains and rivers where he spends time camping, hunting, and fishing, Brandon lives and breathes the North Georgia lifestyle.

Brandon’s journey into real estate started unexpectedly. In 2015, he and his wife, Alex, bought and flipped their first home—and quickly caught the renovation bug. What began as a side project turned into a full-blown passion, leading Brandon to join the real estate world in 2017.​

Today, he and Alex work side by side as a husband-and-wife team at Ward Properties, helping clients find their place in the North Georgia mountains. Brandon is known for his honest advice, strong work ethic, and calm, grounded approach to buying and selling homes.​
When he’s not serving clients, you’ll find him spending time with his family, cheering from the sidelines, or soaking in the peace of the great outdoors. Brandon’s mission is simple: to serve his community with integrity and help others find not just a house—but a place to truly call home.
